One in five women experience some form of sexual harassment in their daily life. There is a critical need for greater awareness and education to help eliminate it, especially in female-dominated work environments, such as the garment industry.
The training promotes factory awareness of sexual harassment, a better understanding of the reasons why it occurs, how it can threaten the working environment and business outcomes, and help factories develop practical strategies to address and prevent it.
