Misunderstanding of the labour law is a leading cause of non-compliance in the garment industry, as well as a significant barrier to productivity and improved working conditions.
This training course draws upon commonly identified difficulties with the Labour Law and provides practical guidance and tools for factories to better apply the law. Key topics covered include contracts, working hours, and payments, together with guidance on new decrees and circulars and what they mean for garment businesses.
