Training Of Trainers Supervisory Skills (ToT SST) Training

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The training aims to support managers to develop participatory centered-training skills, review key sessions of the 3-day Supervisory Skills Training, provide participants opportunities to do their training presentations, provide participants feedbacks to their training practices for further improvements.

Participants will learn about :

• To create a friendly and comfortable learning environment for all participants
• Participants have an opportunity to introduce themselves and know each other
• Participants agree on the course, sessions, time allocation, and ground rules
• Participants explore different learning experiences
• Participants develop a basic understanding of participatory training approach
• Participants identify trainers’ roles in participatory training
• Participants know steps of the training process from preparation, delivery to evaluation
• Participants know how to use training facilities or aids effectively
• Participants develop some basic participatory training skills
• Participants review the content of Day One and the SST training
• Participants develop basic training skills through their own practice and observation of others’
