Training for workers on sexual harassment prevention

Venue: Gazipur

Target participants: Worker representative including TU/PC/Safety Committee members

About the training: The training is focused on prevention and awareness on sexual harassment at workplace. The participants will learn what sexual harassment is, different forms of sexual harassment and how to identify, how to prevent and address it, sexual harassment policy, the key steps to take when dealing with it as well as contacts for local referrals and hotlines for help in such matters.
