Better Work Jordan: Training of Trainers (ToT) for Human Resources and Compliance Officers with Training Experience in the Garment Sector in Jordan on Enhancing Disability Inclusion

The objective of this training is to equip HR and Compliance Officers with training experience with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively conduct training sessions. The trained officers will then be empowered to expand the training to their respective colleagues within the factories.
