Methodology: Theoretical – Practical, the knowledge and experience of the exhibitors in the training of supervisors and middle managers of textile manufacturing factories in various countries, and the combination of teaching videos and practical exercises will allow to develop a dynamic learning process that the participants they can put into practice in the performance of their function.

25 personas (Supervisores, mandos medios y/o gerentes de producción, que tengan responsabilidades directas en cualquier etapa fundamental del proceso o de la cadena productiva o de servicio)
Objetivos: Brindar directrices que ayuden a diferenciar entre accidentes laborales y accidentes comunes.
Ofrecer una metodología para identificar las causas de los accidentes laborales y plantear acciones para la no repetición de los mismos.
Concientizar a los participantes de la importancia del proceso de Investigación y toma de acciones.
Metodología: Teórico – Práctico, los conocimientos y experiencia de los expositores en el entrenamiento a supervisores y mandos medios de fábricas de confección textil en diversos países, y la combinación de videos de enseñanza y ejercicios prácticos permitirá desarrollar un proceso dinámico de aprendizaje que los participantes podrán poner en práctica en el desempeño de su función.
