WHAT WE DO
Better Work engages with the garment industry at the factory, national and international levels. We engage with factories through assessment, advisory and training visits, and we use our data and evidence to inform national and international policy discussions.

Better Work began in Cambodia over 20 years ago. Since then, we have expanded to 13 country programmes, with opportunities for further expansion - to new countries and new industries - on the horizon.

Training Officer

Jakarta, Indonesia

Widya holds degree in Bachelor of Arts. Her 6 six years working experience mostly gained by working in international development agencies. She started her career National Non-Governmental Organization. Later on in project funded by AUSAID, Global Fund, UNDP and UNICEF then continued her work in Islands of South East Asian Nation (ISEAN- Hivos) in Malaysia-Indonesia-Philippines-Timor Leste. Widya has been in the position of Finance Officer of Better Work Indonesia starting January 2017.

Widya holds degree in Bachelor of Arts. She develops interest in travel and food tasting in her extra times.
