Marialucía began her career as a lawyer in a firm specializing in corporate law. She served as Managing Director of the Center for Mediation and Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce of Nicaragua, an institution of the private sector specializing in the field of alternative dispute resolution. Her experience and expertise in Arbitration and Methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution, along with her deep knowledge of the regulations and corporate responsibility, contribute significantly to Better Work Nicaragua’s management. Marialucía specializes in alternative dispute resolution through study organized by the Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá, and holds a Master’s in Business Law at the Catholic University of Chile.
