Le Bich Ngoc is our Training Officer, based in Hanoi. An experienced CSR consultant with experience spanning the public and private sector, Ngoc has trained companies on a range of topics from labour and social dialogue to environmental compliance and productivity. Before Better Work, she worked on CSR and business advisory projects with the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), the Fair Labor Association (FLA), and Tchibo GmbH. Prior to this, Ngoc was a Senior Market Researcher at the Korea-Trade Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) in Vietnam for nearly 15 years, where she oversaw market research, trade match-making, government relations and policy analysis. She holds a Bachelor Degree in English from the Hanoi University, Vietnam.
