Kang Ditine started working for BFC in September 2010 as a monitor and then she successfully passed the replacement test for the position of Enterprise Advisor and Assessor in February 2014. Prior to joining BFC, she worked at the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training for 6 years as Labour Inspector/Facilitator. She has gained a lot of experience in Cambodian Labour Law and Ministerial Regulations. Ms Ditine sets a role model of our core values and puts a lot of efforts to get her work accomplished. She is additionally good at staying focused and balancing her work including time management.
Ditine has received a Master’s degree in Private Law from the Royal University of Law and Economics in July 2013 and a Bachelor’s degree in Law at Norton University in 2001.
