Introduction

Experience has shown that providing basic literacy and numeric skills through non-formal education does not guarantee that children will be permanently withdrawn from work, which is why mainstreaming Child Labour Prevention Training into garment and footwear factories is vital. There is a need to develop a clear understanding of various consequence of using child labor in the industry. Various steps that can be taken to avoid using Child Labour will also be introduced in the training session. Click here to download the course outline.
