Prior to joining Better Work Ethiopia, Abel was a factory manager in a furniture manufacturing company and has held various positions in planning and production, human resources and management in manufacturing as well as service giving industries for over 6 years. He is an Industrial Engineer who has had previous engagements with garment factories and firmly believes in the direct relationship between better working conditions and productivity.
