This training will cover both the basic concept of Gender based Violence and Facilitation skills. After completing this Training participants will be able to:
•Explain the basic of adult learning methodology and Gender Based Violence
•Demonstrate the basic of facilitation skill
•Conduct awareness session on Sexual Harassment and Prevention in the factory for different types of participants
