This training aims to strengthen the management systems at the factory level so that the worker/management committee can integrate change by taking a systematic approach to solving problems effectively by using Eight steps problem-solving method. Participants will get hands-on experience in using various tools such as Brainstorm, Pareto charts, 4W 1H, SMART targeting, Fishbone analysis, Cause and Effect Analysis, Why analysis, criteria matrix etc.
At the end of the training, participants will be able to
