25 Managers and / or middle managers, who act as leaders in the workplace, committed to continuous improvement and improvement of their professional performance.
Objective: That participants acquire knowledge and tools to effectively and professionally exercise leadership in the workplace, creating a positive work environment, motivating workers in the achievement of goals, based on effective interpersonal relationships and exercising leadership focused on results.
Methodology: Theoretical – Practical, based on the experience of both the participant and the coach, using effective tools for a multilateral learning, based on the analysis of case studies and experiences of success in their workplace. During the training, emphasis is placed on the participants developing and practically enhancing their leadership qualities.
