Dao Thi Phuong Dung is a Programme Assistant of Better Work Viet Nam at the Hanoi Office. Dung had 10 years of experience in communications and programme support work at international development organizations in different locations of Viet Nam. In her previous jobs, she had assisted enterprise development programmes for factories in the wood processing, supporting industry, and food sectors. She holds a master’s degree in marketing and communication management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and a bachelor’s degree in English studies from Hanoi University.
