Wanti has over 12 years’ experience working in Capacity Development in various International NGO (Action Contre La Faim, ICMC, Save the Children, Mercy Corps, Child Fund, Caritas Indonesia) and United Nations (UNDP, UNORC, UN-WFP) in Indonesia. Issues that she had worked covered Conflict Resolution, Social Protection, Child Protection, Civil Society Organization (CSO) Empowerment, Institutional Capacity Building and Emergency Response. In the field of humanitarian and emergency affairs, she worked in Aceh, Sumatera, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua. Prior to working in Better Work, Wanti has worked in UN-WFP country office in Jakarta and involved the emergency preparedness and response team unit responsible for assessment and logistic. Wanti has been with Better Work Indonesia as Enterprise Advisor since 2015.
