WHAT WE DO

Ministry of Labour Inspector on secondment to BWJ

Amman, Jordan

Rand Al-Araj joined BWJ in 2015 offering a ten-year experience as an occupational safety and health inspector with the Jordanian Ministry of Labour. Rand is part of a one-year staff exchange programme, which aims to train MoL inspectors in delivering BW core services inside the factories. Rand has delivered training courses on behalf of the MoL covering safety regulations included in the Jordanian Labour Law and, especially, those related to agricultural workers and working children. Rand holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Jordan’s Hashemite University.
