Mohammad Shamsul Hoque joined BWB in 2014 after a career of over 15 years in development management and advisory services. Hoque’s expertise spans labour rights and social compliance aimed to increase the competitiveness of Bangladesh’s RMG sector. Hoque also focused on the development of micro, small and medium enterprises through economic and policy reforms, and the enhancement of women and girls’ leadership. Hoque holds a Master in Social Science as well as in Business Administration. He is currently pursuing a PhD at the Bangladesh University of Professionals.
