To ensure effective management of the relationship between Better Work and its Buyer Partners, Buyer Relationship Managers serve as the principle contact points for buyers based in the US and Europe/Asia, respectively. The Buyer Relationship Managers are responsible for implementation of the Partnership Agreement, buyer outreach, organizing the Global Buyers’ Forums and liaising with all Better Work country programmes, as necessary. In addition, focal points in country programmes can provide information on specific national-level issues.
