Nguyen Ngoc Ha

Nguyen Ngoc Ha is an Enterprise Advisor with Better Work Vietnam. Before joining Better Work, she worked as an HR Consultant for the City of Saint Paul, USA, where her responsibilities include benchmarking, analyzing, creating job titles and compensation structures for city departments, revising new employee onboarding process, and assisting in selecting applicants for interview and testing process. Prior to this, she worked for an USAID funded labour relations project as a project assistant, where she coordinated national training workshops and nationwide studies for tripartite stakeholders, i.e. the government, employers and unions in collective bargaining, dispute resolution, and legal advisory services. Ha holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, USA and a B.A with Honors in English from Hanoi University, Vietnam.
