Legal Update No.3, 2012 : The Approval of Postponement for the 2012 Minimum Wage
The Provincial Governor of Banten Regulation No. 561.2/Kep.357-Huk/ of 2012, which was signed on 25 April 2012, regulates the Approval of Postponement for the 2012 Minimum Wage.

Employers must provide meals and drinks of at least 1,400 calories to workers who work overtime for three hours or more.
