2.5. HIV / AIDS
Employees with HIV and AIDS should be able to work as long as they are physically fit and are not endangering themselves or others in the workplace.

The Indonesian Manpower Act states that the government creates policy, provides services, oversees and enforces legislation.
8.3. Leave and Public Holidays
Workers are entitled to 12 days of paid time off for annual leave after 12 months of continuous service.
Better Work Indonesia: 8.6 Overtime
Employers must provide a written instruction to work overtime and must obtain the written consent of the worker.

Regular working hours are limited to 40 hours per week.
