The document aims to provide clarity on the applicable Labour laws and regulations during the COVID-19 pandemic. It also includes recommendations from the ILO/ IFC Better Work Indonesia programme in minimizing the impact of COVID-19 disruption in the export-oriented garment sector and protecting the basic rights of workers.
