COVID-19 Awareness Session
This training is a garment worker training, developed both as a standalone training, and to compliment the implementation of Better Work Bangladesh’s Covid-19 Management Guidance in Bangladesh RMG and footwear factories. It’s purpose is to provide clarity to workers on COVID-19, and what they can do to keep themselves and their families safe and healthy.
Nutrition in the COVID-19 context
This training provides useful information and advice for the garment workers to maintain a healthy diet during the COVID-19 pandemic. While no foods or dietary supplements can prevent COVID-19 infection, maintaining a healthy diet is an important part of supporting a strong immune system.
Occupational health & safety (OSH) measures to prevent Covid-19
This training on occupational health & safety (OSH) measures to prevent Covid-19 at workplace is developed both as a standalone training, and to compliment the implementation of Better Work Bangladesh’s occupational health and safety & Covid-19 Management Guidance in Bangladesh RMG and footwear factories. It’s purpose is to provide clarity to Medical Staffs, administration and compliance personnel, workers on OSH and Covid-19, and what they can do to keep themselves and their families safe and healthy.

Better Work Bangladesh (BWB) has teamed up with Quizrr to support factories and their employees during this difficult time. Free courses are available on Quizrr’s digital training platform to help employers raise awareness and take action on COVID-19 in the workplace.
Toolkit for Wage Digitalisation
The International Labour Organization (ILO) is a partner of the Better Than Cash Alliance to promote digital payments as an important tool to support decent work, financial inclusion and economic opportunities in the workplace. Based on HERfinance Digital Wages program developed in partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, this toolkit helps employers and managers to transition from cash to digital payroll in a responsible way that considers the needs of all workers, particularly women workers.
